Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging are included

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items that are damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Items returned without original packaging

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at arimurallc@gmail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you want to return

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will review and provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds can take 5–7 business days to appear on your statement

We will notify you once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
To request an exchange, email us within 48 hours of delivery.
